Scott C. Martin is a talented senior-level executive with over 20 years of experience. He began his career in the banking industry before transitioning early on to corporate finance. Scott views himself as an effective and successful corporate-level executive with an entrepreneurial spirit.

He has formed and managed companies in twenty countries across North, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia/Oceania, and Africa. His leadership experience ranges from multi-billion dollar, multi-national corporations to mid-sized family-owned businesses.

Scott has held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Controller, Senior Analyst and Director of Management Information Systems. His broad range of industry experience includes banking, textiles, construction, mining, carbide, engineered products, energy (oil & gas), metallurgical, high speed steel, electronics, consumer products, sporting goods, patents and trademarks, real estate, sports venue management, professional sports promotion, professional sports team management, professional athlete representation, fundraising, advertisement, television and film production, and merchandising and licensing.

Scott's functional experience includes manufacturing, distribution, government sales, new business development, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, start-ups, distress, bankruptcy, and restructuring.

He earned his degree in Accounting and Business Law from the University of Tennessee. Scott currently serves on several boards of directors for clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, sporting clays, golf and University of Tennessee football.
